Angel Sanchez, MD, of Honduras, a 3 year volunteer for the ASCO International Cancer Corps, discusses cancer care in Honduras, explaining that most of the patients have very advanced disease with a small cure rate. Because their resources are limited most of the patients do not get the recommended treatment.
