Welcome to OncLive On Air®! I’m your host today, Jax DiEugenio.

OncLive On Air is a podcast from OncLive®, which provides oncology professionals with the resources and information they need to provide the best patient care. In both digital and print formats, OncLive covers every angle of oncology practice, from new technology to treatment advances to important regulatory decisions.

In today’s episode, supported by Sanofi, we had the pleasure of speaking with Philippe Moreau, MD, about updates from the phase 3 IMROZ trial (NCT03319667) of isatuximab-irfc (Sarclisa), bortezomib (Velcade), lenalidomide (Revlimid), and dexamethasone (Isa-VRd) in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Dr Moreau is head of the Hematology Department at the University Hospital of Nantes, as well as a university professor of Clinical Hematology at Nantes Faculty of Medicine in France.

In our exclusive interview, Dr Moreau discussed key findings from an analysis of minimal residual disease negativity dynamics from IMROZ and the potential future implications of these findings for patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who receive treatment with Isa-VRd.
