Introduction to Urologists in Cancer Care Peer Exchange

Moderator, Raoul S. Concepcion, MD, introduces the panel for a unique panel discussion that features peer-to-peer expert exchange, authoritative insights, opinions, and perspectives on important issues facing today’s cancer care professionals. The expert panel includes: Neal D. Shore, MD, Paul R. Sieber, MD, E. David Crawford, MD, and Mark Austenfeld, MD.

This first part of the discussion focuses on practice management topics such as balancing cost with quality care, effective models for treatment reimbursement, and integrating bone health clinics into a urology practices. The second part focuses on the treatment of patients with prostate cancer, dealing specifically with the controversies of PSA screening, the change in treatment landscape of prostate cancer, and the prevention and management of skeletal related events.
