OncLive On Air is a podcast from OncLive®, which provides oncology professionals with the resources and information they need to provide the best patient care. In both digital and print formats, OncLive covers every angle of oncology practice, from new technology to treatment advances to important regulatory decisions.

In today’s episode, supported by AstraZeneca, we had the pleasure of speaking with Aaron Lisberg, MD, about the phase 3 TROPION-Lung01 trial (NCT04656652), which investigated datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) in patients with previously treated advanced or metastatic non–small cell lung cancer. Dr Lisberg is an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine.

In our exclusive interview, Dr Lisberg discussed key findings from TROPION-Lung01, how Dato-DXd performed in the subgroup of patients with nonsquamous disease, and the potential future implications of these findings.
