In our exclusive interview, Dr Pegram discussed the use of oral selective estrogen receptor degraders for the treatment of patients with hormone receptor–positive metastatic breast cancer, standard biomarker testing practices for patients with metastatic disease, and treatment options for patients with ESR1-mutated disease.
